Buang-buang waktu 3 jam buat nunggu" gk jelas , security the best cuman orang kantor nya aja gk profesional. Saya saranin jangan pernah datang ke BNI KCP Jagakarsa pelayanan buruk .
Very, very bad service from the office people, don't understand their work duties or are really lazy to serve customers. It's a waste of 3 hours waiting "it's not clear, security is the best, only the office people are not professional. I suggest you never come to BNI KCP Jagakarsa, bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dateng jam 2, pas masuk bilangnya udah ga ngelayanin grgr CSnya cuma ada 1 haduh gimana deh. yang ngantri juga ga banyak, masa jam 2 udah close pelayanan aja. Terus disuruh dateng lagi besok jam 7 buat ngambil antrian? seharusnya penilaian dari orang-orang dibaca yaaa biar lebih baik lagi
