Memiliki rekening di BRI dimulai sejak saya berusia belasan bahkan belum mempunyai KTP saat itu.
Saat itu saya menggunakan kartu pelajar untuk pembuatan rekening.
Kini BRI sudah semakin modern hingga sudah memiliki fasilitas bank terkini sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi.
Untuk membuka rekening pun relatif bisa dijangkau oleh masyarakat.
Saya membuka lagi rekening disini setelah rekening saya sebelumnya expired karena lama tidak ada aktivitas.
Pelayanan customer servis maupun teller sangat membantu nasabah dalam setiap kebutuhannya.
Untuk lebih memaksimalkan pelayanan kepada nasabah diperlukan penambahan customer servis serta teller agar proses handling nasabah menjadi lebih cepat dan waktu tunggu antrian jadi lebih pendek.
