★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan ke CIMB Niaga disini pelayanan nya sangat buruk nunggu udah hampir 4 jam engga di layani halhasil balik kerumah lagi dan kinerja nya sangat buruk. Ada 5 pegawai tapi lambat tidak sesuai kecepatan dalam melayani nasabah lain nya, kalau kesini pasti nyesel bila mau di layani dengan cepat itu tidak mungkin !!! Sangat buruk !!!
Don't go to CIMB Niaga here, the service is very bad, the wait has been almost 4 hours without being served, the result is back home again and the performance is very bad. There are 5 employees but they are slow not according to the speed in serving other customers, if you come here you will regret it if you want to be served quickly it's impossible!!! Very bad !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ternyata saya membuktikan bahwasanya pelayanan CS di sini memang agak lambat... Entah kesalahan dimana... Seharusnya ada kaji ulang mengenai ini di karenakan hampir semua review mengarah pada case ini.... Semoga kedepan nya bisa lebih baik...
It turned out that I proved that the CS service here is a bit slow... I don't know where the error is... There should be a review of this because almost all the reviews point to this case.... Hopefully in the future it can be better...
