★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat bagus dan strategis tapi ada beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Seperti tempat duduk antrian yang terbatas apalagi ketika masa pandemi, jika antrian sedang banyak menunggu di depan tanpa ada tempat duduk tersisa. Perlu dipertimbangkan karena untuk antri 10 nomor aja saya perlu menunggu 1 jam, ketika saya tinggal pergi sebentar antrian terlewat dan harus ambil nomor antrian lagi. Terpaksa saya harus ambil no antrian lagi dan menunggu sampai 2 jam.
Pelayanan cs dan satpam sudah oke, kamar mandi juga sangat bersih dan semoga terus dijaga kebersihannya.
Nice and strategic place but there are some things that need to be improved. Such as limited queue seats, especially during the pandemic, if the queue is waiting in front with no seats left. It needs to be considered because to queue for 10 numbers I need to wait 1 hour, when I just left for a while the queue was missed and had to take the queue number again. I was forced to take no more queues and wait for up to 2 hours.
CS and security services are okay, the bathroom is also very clean and hopefully it will be kept clean.

Jauh bgt dgn bank bca. Bca upgrade kartu dr gpn ke mastercard bisa dibntu sama security gak sampe 5 mnit jdi.
Bri untuk upgrade gak bisa.
Akhirnya buka rek baru. Udah nunggu lamaaaa bgt et dah ternyata system offline.
Harusnya di infokn ke security. Jdi orang gak buang2 waktu.
Mudah2an kinerja bri makin baik. Bisa mencontoh bank swasta lainnya.
