hallo... perkenalkan saya adalah salah satu nasabah bank mandiri, kebetulan pada hari senin tanggal 29 kemarin saya mendatangi bank mandiri kcp palmerah untuk meminta bantuan atas kehilangan kartu atm saya, awalnya saya sih sangat sangat menyukai sambutan dari karyawannya termasuk securitynya juga ramah, and by the way kebetulan saya juga memang salah satu nasabah kartu kredit bank mandiri yang kebetulan sudah macet, sampe akhirnya rekening saya diblokir otomatis dari pihak bank mandiri, dan yang pasti sih saya datang itu bukan untuk melakukan tindak kriminal atau semacamnya, tapi cuma hanya ingin meminta penggantian kartu yang hilang, toh juga kalaupun saya minta penggantian kartu pun tidak akan bisa digunakan juga karna status rekening saya diblokir . ternyata eh ternyata, salah satu teller terbaik (mungkin) di kcp mandiri cabang tsb membuka data2 saya di komputernya, dan melihat seluruh tagihan kartu kredit macet saya, dan diapun langsung pindah meja untuk menelfon salah satu rekanannya untuk menjelaskan kenapa macetnya kartu kredit saya . hampir 1jam saya menunggu teller terbaik tsb yg sedang asyik menggibah tagihan cc saya yg macet tanpa memberi solusi yang baik harus bagaimana, sampe akhirnya saya dipanggil untuk berbicara dengan salah satu tim collection melalui tlp , saya pun sudah menjelaskan alasan saya kenapa sampai saat ini masih menunggak, karna itupun bukan hanya saya sendiri yg memakai tapi ada org lain juga yg ikut menggunakannya (walupun itu data saya) tp gpp, saya tetap bertanggung jawab kok, dan akhirnya saya bicara dengan tim collectionnya bahwa saya kesini hanya ingin meminta penggantian kartu, tapi ternyata lagi lagi si teller terbaik ini yang bernama "VITA" bilang katanya ngga bisa mengeluarkan kartu atau semacamnya karna masih tersangkut maslah atau apapun lah itu namanya.. (kok berasa koruptor atau maling ya) wkwk suka lucu... akhirnya saya langsung bergegas ke Mandiri juanda untuk menyelesaikan tagihan kartu kredit saya . sebelum saya bertemu dengan tim collection mandiri di lt.4 sebelumnya saya dilt.1 ke tellernya dan minta solusi penggantian kartu yang hilang tsb, EH TERNYATA BISAAAAAAA :) bahkan sampe teller bank mandiri juanda pun bilang, "UNTUK APA SAYA NGGA KASIH MBA, TOH DIKASIHPUN AKAN TETAP TERBLOKIR JUGA" . Jd kesimpulannya, hari ini saya sudah MELUNASI SELURUH TAGIHAN KARTU KREDIT SAYA YA MBA VITA,... next time jangan judes2 sama orang hanya kran org itu terlibat masalah!! diluar sana uang kalian ratusan juta, dibandingkan dengan nominal kartu kredit saya yg belum ada apa2nya... intinya jangan memandang orang sebelah mata hanya kran kelemahan yang dia punya, tp ternyata saya pun bisa menyelesaikan semua tagihan dengan lunas!!! pesan saya untuk pihak manager atau HRD coba sedikit lebih dilatih lagi tim tellernya apalagi yang berhubungan langsung dengan customer, karna tanpa kami pun kalian bukan apa2 ... dan pesan saya untuk mba vita, perbanyak senyum dan ramah sama orang ya :) jangan judes2.. sekian curhatan saya yang tidak ada menariknya, semoga bermanfaat :) terima kasih .
Hello... introduce me to one of the independent bank customers, coincidentally on Monday the 29th yesterday I went to Bank Mandiri to Palmerah to ask for help to lose my ATM card, at first I really really liked the welcome from employees including security, and by the way by chance I was also one of the Mandiri bank credit card customers who happened to have been stuck, until finally my account was automatically blocked from the Mandiri bank, and certainly I came not to commit a crime or something, but just wanted to request a replacement for the lost card , even if I ask for a replacement card it won't work because my account status is blocked. it turns out that uh, one of the best tellers (maybe) on the standalone branch opened my data on his computer, and saw all my bad credit card bills, and he immediately moved the table to call one of his partners to explain why my credit card was stuck. Nearly 1 hour I waited for the best teller who was engrossed in collecting my stuck cc bills without giving me a good solution, until finally I was called to speak with one of the collection teams via phone, I also explained my reasons why until now it was still in arrears , because of that not only I myself use it but there are also other people who use it (even though it is my data) but gpp, I am still responsible, and finally I talked to the collection team that I was here just wanting to replace the card, but it turns out again this best teller named "VITA" said he said he could not issue a card or something because it was still stuck or whatever it was called ... (how come it feels corrupt or thief) when I like it funny ... finally I rushed to Mandiri juanda to complete my credit card bill. before I met the independent collection team on the 4th day before I was told to the teller and asked for the solution to replace the lost card, I HAVE REVENED BISAAAAAAA :) even until the independent bank teller also said, "FOR WHAT I LOVE YOU MBA, TOH THOUGHTS WILL STAY LOCATED ALSO ". In conclusion, today I have paid all of my debt credit cards, the Vita MBA, ... next time don't be bitchful with people, only those faucets are in trouble !! out there your money is hundreds of millions, compared to the nominal value of my credit card that has nothing yet ... the point is don't look at the person next to the eye only the weakness tapes that he has, but apparently I can complete all the bills paid off !!! my message to the manager or HRD try to be a little more trained by the teller team especially those who deal directly with the customer, because without us you are not anything ... and order me for mba vita, multiply smile and be friendly to people huh :) don't be bitchy. so curhatan I have no interest, hopefully useful :) thank you.
