Saya di tempat ini ada kendala soal transfer limits atau narik uang yg limits ttpi security nya bantu saya. Sampe dia minjem kartu nya untuk saya buat narik uang yg limit. Sgt membantu bngt. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini Saya lapor prihal m banking Saya, yg tidak bisa login, cs1(Customer service yg pertama) di jelas kan lalu Saya di oper ke security jika masih Ada yg dipertanyakan, Saya tanya security lalu Saya di suruh nunggu, hingga akhirnya Ada cs2 yg menghampiri lalu dibantu, dn di bawa ke meja cs lagi,dn ternyata butuh tlp ke Hallo bca Dan agak lama, lalu cs2 pamit ditinggal dahulu, nah sambil Saya tlp, datang cs berbeda(cs3) lalu saya di usir utk duduk diruang tunggu aja, biar cs3 bisa melayani customer lain,( kan gw bingung, emang gw bukan customers, trus permasaalahn gw juga belum slesei,) Dan keadaannya sepi Karena sedang jumatan jam 12:00) hingga akhirnye gak slesei urusan gw.dr jam 11:30 an sampai jam 13:00 an gak dpt apa"...
Jauh banget sama bca tanah abang, yg di wahid hasyim pelayanannye... Disono Dr baru parkir turun aje udah disambut, sama sekurity, bahkan di payungin Mau panas atau hujan
