It is also close to citos or cilandak town square to meet your need, food, coffeshop etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel with super big room ++ I love it and I will bring the family to stay here again next trip. It located in central business area in South Jakarta. A very strategic place with many opportunity connecting to other business district area. Front desk is really helpful and staff is humble and friendly. Only light on the alley to the room need more bright to make it alive. Reported by Kayin Fauzi owner of Pondok Mantau Balikpapan, a producer of Mantau Beef / Crab Black Pepper the only special bun from Balikpapan Indonesia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a couple days. My experience was so so, the room was very spacious but it was a little bit dirty and dated.. but at least you can enjoy a room like an apartment, also the staffs here were very friendly

Filthy dirty!
We booked the three bedroom for a week but looking at the condition checked out in one night!
Dirty unclean furniture and floor
Filthy towels which had stains and smell
Dirty stained bed Sheets and pillow cover
Dusty and stained sofa
They didn’t clean the previous tenants garbage
Noisy location next to the road.
Construction next to the hotel
Not handicap or baby friendly at all.
They don’t even have ramps to wheel in the luggage or wheelchair. You have to handcarry at all steps.
We called the house keeping staff at 7pm they didn’t show up until 8. I had to go down myself and wait for them to show up! I insisted they change all bedsheets and towels but they said they are out of clean towels. And also expected a tip ? at the end.
The management is a bit lost and don’t know how to run a serviced apartment.
You are better off staying at KRISTAL hotel close by.

kitchen and very spacious - just like home. You can stay just 1 night if you want at this residential-suite hotel or one month. Incredible value with very high standards. I loved the ironing room (yes an entire room dedicated to ironing), plus every suite has a washing machine !! The staff set my table every day with dinner plates and glasses and the little touches made it very homely. Everything is so beautifully appointed. My 2 bm suite had a large comfortable lounge and spacious living. I loved the outdoor area - huge pool and day beds, plus there is a tennis court. The in-house massage starts from Rp 150,000! Large breakfast spread too. Literally next door is the Cilandak Town Square, a mall, where you have fabulous food choices and a department store, plus a few bars and a nightclub!! The best thing is the lovely staff. Exceptional!! I have stayed here twice and I will come back again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The picture used does not represent the hotel room at all. The room is very dated and not clean. Come around 4 but still take a long time to check in as they are not prepared. After shown to the room, there is no amenities and towel. Need to be requested. The cup and utensils also not clean and have stain on it
