★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak ada nomor telpon yang bisa dihubungi, perizinan seolah2 sudah online via email, padahal ujung2nya tetap saja harus datang berulangkali untuk menanyakan proses perizina sudah sampai dimana

Sesuai petunjuk Presiden Joko Widodo birokrasi tidak dibuat menghambat, tapi harus cepat dan efisien.
Pengalaman saat saya mengurus dokumen Tenaga Kerja Asing, Direktur jadi "ilfil" dan hampir tidak jadi mengurus dokumen perijinan karena memakan waktu sampai 3 minggu.
Birokrasi di tempat ini masih lambat, dan berbelit-belit.
Semoga kritik ini bisa menjadi koreksi agar kedepan bisa makin baik lagi.

For the sake of investment from foreigners into the country quickly and smoothly, licensing should be made easy and concise.
As per President Joko Widodo's instructions the bureaucracy is not made to obstruct, but it must be fast and efficient.
My experience when handling foreign labor documents, the Director became "ilfil" and almost did not take care of licensing documents because it took up to 3 weeks.
Bureaucracy in this place is still slow, and convoluted.
Hopefully this criticism can be a correction so that in the future it can be even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18 februari dtg ke DPMPTSP kab bekasi, sudah datang katanya berkas di kirim via email, 22 februari berkas dinyatakan lengkap dan akan d proses, tgl 1 maret ada email balasan lagi berkas dinyatakan lengkap dan akan diproses, sampai skrg blm jadi juga SIPA saya di email tdk ada jawaban trs ... Lalu saya harus bagai mana adakan no cs yg bisa di hubungi?
February 18th to DPMPTSP Bekasi Regency, it has arrived he said the file was sent via email, February 22nd the file is declared complete and will be processed, on March 1 there is an email reply again the file is declared complete and will be processed, until now it has not been sent to my SIPA in the email no answer trs ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proses ijin lama banget, tdk ada no kontak utk ijin reklame saja udh lebih 1 bulan keterangannya masih dalam proses terus, mohon agar dapat diperbaiki kedepannya.
