★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disini, di dispenda kabupaten bekasi saya biasa mengecek tunggakan pbb dan membayarnya di loket bjb yang didalamnya. Alhamdulillah pelayanannya sekarang sudah lebih baik, lebih transfaran dan akuntabel. Tidak seperti ketika masih berada di gedung wibawa mukti. Saat ini saya sedang mengurus pemecahan spt pbb tanah yang dibeli oleh ibu mertua saya. Alhamdulillah bebas biaya dan tidak ada pungli. Semoga cepat selesai. Aamiin.
Here, in the Bekasi regency office, I usually check the outstanding arrears and pay them at the bjb counter inside. Thank God, the ministry is now better, more transparent and accountable. Not like when I was in the mukti authority building. I am currently working on a solution like the United Nations purchased by my mother-in-law. Alhamdulillah it is free of charge and there is no extortion. Hopefully it's finished soon. Aamiin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat pembayaran pajak daerah seperti pbb, bphtb, pajak reklame dll. Pelayanan cukup baik dan ada loket untuk informasi juga.
Places to pay local taxes such as PB, BPHTB, advertisement tax etc. The service is quite good and there are counters for information too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ enga ada untuk chat yah.pemecahan surat tanah. 1 bidang tanah menjadi 3 bidang surat.susah juga di bekasi .2 tahun belum rampung mau jalan 3 thn.padahal mau taat pajak.apa sitemnya yang salah apa SOP nya dan SDM nya .sulit bagi saya orang awam.
no one to chat, land certificate solving. 1 plot of land becomes 3 parcels of land. It's also difficult in Bekasi . 2 years not finished. Want to go 3 yrs. even though I want to obey taxes. What's wrong with the system, what are the SOPs and human resources. It's difficult for me, a layman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah 2 thn SPPT PBB gak pernah sampai ditangan. Padahal tahun2 sebelum2nya ada. Udah ditanya ke kelurahan dikasih no hp petugasnya tp klo di telp gak pernah diangkat. Sekalinya diangkat bilangnya kalo butuh cepat bisa dicetakin tapi bayar 300rb. SEPERTI ITUKAH???
It's been 2 years that the SPPT PBB has never arrived. Even though there were years before that. I've asked the kelurahan to give the officer's cellphone number, but when called, he's never picked up. Once picked up, he said that if you needed it quickly, it could be printed but paid 300 thousand. LIKE THAT???
