I would like to file a complain from an experience I have received in Books & Beyond in Lippo Kemang Village Mall
I was served by your staff named Joshua Rhenald; I really find the service is very unsatisfying. The person responded in a very unfriendly way when i seek for help.
After I paid my bills, this staff (Joshua) tried to converse in ways that I find is unnecessary and quite insulting.
Please kindly file in my complain.
