Service: The staff is not very knowledgeable, you need to look around yourself. They don't answer the call center either, which is normal in every IBox stores. If you need a product and need a consultation with a knowledgeable staff, I suggest other electronic stores like Infinite, etc. They have a much better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ at least 1 of the staff is sotoy, he told me technical stuff with confidence assuring something to me he didn't really know about, I went on apple's FAQs and found out facts were the opposite, the management should teach the staffs so they won't tell bull facts and trick customers into buying expensive stuff then regrets.. why i give 3 stars? cuz the more expensive the products, the more critical the service is..
