★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di persulit banget prosedurnya utk membuat mbanking oleh petugas, dan mengaktifkan kembali atm yg terblokir/tertelan kenapa ga bisa langsung oleh customer service nya, tdk seperti bank lain, sangat payah di BNI pelayanannya.. Kalau bukan krna gajinya turun d BNI saya tidak akan buka rekening BNI LAGI..
 The procedure is very difficult to make banking by the officer, and reactivate the blocked/swallowed atm why can't the customer service directly, unlike other banks, the service is very bad at BNI. BNI account AGAIN..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong di perbaiki sistem nya bni tangerang city selalu antrian panjang dan kerja staff nya lelet banget. Slow banget belum lagi security nya galak banget yang perempuan pdhl kita customer ya. Tolong lebih diperhatikan lgi kita butuh pelayanan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau tanya pak/bu.sudah sering kesana untuk pendaftaran pencairan BSU tapi kenapa lama menunggu dan jawabn kalian sudah penuh hrus jam berapa saya datang agar bisa tidak penuh?? Jam 5:30 jabawan sama penuh hri apa? Senin jawbn kalian juga penuh .terus gimana
I want to ask, sir/ma'am. Have you been there many times to register for BSU disbursement but why did you wait so long and your answer is full, what time should I come so it can't be full?? At 5:30 the answer is the same as full what day? Monday your answer is also full. so what?

Masa lo suruh gw ke palembang buat ganti data no hp doank..mikir ga lo!!!!ribet ngt..capek2 bela2in ke sni buat ksel aja..???????
Why open if you can't serve customers... really annoyed.. service isn't great... just changed the cellphone number, just refused.. was told to go to a branch in the bkin.. really annoying.. the security guard is also sotoy.
