Saya datang pagiΒ² dan dapat no antrian ke 6, tujuan saya untuk mencairkan dana apresiasi budaya, kebetulan saya sama temen datengnya dan dia juga dapat bantuan apresiasi budaya,tmn saya dapet no antrian ke 3, kenapa teman saya bisa di bikinin buku tabungan, dan ketika saya maju CS bilangnya Buku tabungannya sudah Habis. Padahal baru buka, temen saya yg sudah dapet buku tabungan dan sudah ada saldonya tapi kenapa tidak di kasi ATMnya,CS bilangnya 1 bulan suru datang kembali. Tujuannya apa coba kan data sudah di proses oleh kemendikbud, anda Sebagai pelayanan hanya tinggal melayankan Jangan mempersulit, Terus saya ke bank BNI Cabang yang lain ternyata langsung bisa cair hari itu juga.
INGAT ANDA BEKERJA UNTUK RAKYAT DAN INGAT KETIKA ANDA SUDAH LEPAS DARI PEKERJAAN ANDA, ANDA JUGA AKAN MENJADI MASYARAKAT,

I came in the morning and got queue number 6, my goal was to withdraw the cultural appreciation fund, I happened to be with my friend and he also got cultural appreciation assistance, but I got queue number 3, why can my friend make a savings book, and when I went forward CS and said the savings book is finished. Even though it just opened, my friend who has got a savings book and already has a balance but why not give the ATM, CS said it was 1 month to come back. The goal is to try data that has been processed by the Ministry of Education and Culture, you as a service only need to serve. Don't make it difficult, then I went to another BNI branch bank, it turned out to be liquid that day.

β β β β β Satpam nya ga jelas ga ramah ga informatif. Masa ngambil nomer antrian di jam 7 sebelum buka dan kita datang sebelum bank buka pun selalu kehabisan no antrian. Menurut saya sistem kaya gitu ga etis! Kan ada jam kerja nya ini bank belum buka aja dan kita dateng udah kehabisan! Gajelas Bank BNI dimana mana memang aneh pelayanannya udah tau selalu ngatri ga pernah pake sistem yang bagus buat ngatasin itu
The security guard is not clear, not friendly, not informative. The period of taking the queue number is at 7 o'clock before it opens and we arrive before the bank opens and it always runs out of queues. I think a rich system is unethical! There are working hours, the bank hasn't just opened yet and we've run out! Gajelas BNI Bank, where is it strange, the service already knows that I always know that I never use a good system to handle it

β β β β β Udah berkali2 pulang balik kesini buat buka rekening. Selalu kehabisan nomor antre.
Cs yg jalan cuma 2 , sedangkan antrian udah banyak.
Terus kalo ada tamu prioritas , tetep pake cs nya yg untuk umum.
Harusnya kalo punya sistem untuk orang2 prioritas cs nya juga sendiri lah. Ini di jadiin satu apa ga makin lama . Yg rakyat biasa malah kebagian ampasnya di jeda2 terus.
Perbaiki lagi bni. Kalo gini org yg mau buka rekening bni jadi males . Tau antrian panjang dan kerja nya lelet buat csnya 5 skalian.

Then if there are priority guests, still use CS for the public.
If you have a system for priority people, you should also own it. What one does it take for longer. Ordinary people even get the waste in the pauses.
Fix it again bni. If this is the case, anyone who wants to open a bni account will be lazy. You know the queue is long and the work is slow for 5 of your cs.

β β β β β Kebiasaan di BNI Jakarta, sampe sini kirain Pelayanannya sama, rupanya JELEK BANGET! Boleh request pindah lokasi gak? Jangan didepan pasar? Gak semua nasabah BNI pengertian, saya gak pengertian soal ini. Parkiran kok buat yang mau belanja ke pasar. Satpamnya gimana sih? Punya SDM tapi gak dipake. CS yg dibuka cuma 2, Teller kadang cuma 1 yang buka. Heran. KACAB nya cari yang tegas lah. Udah bagus saya kasih BINTANG 1 ANDA
Habits at BNI Jakarta, until here I thought the service was the same, apparently VERY BAD! Can I request a change of location or not? Not in front of the market? Not all BNI customers understand, I don't understand this. Why parking for those who want to shop at the market. How's the security guard? Have HR but not used. Only 2 open CS, Teller sometimes only 1 open. Amazed. The KACAB is looking for a firm one. It's good I give YOUR 1 STAR

β β β β β Percuma banget antri dari pagi yang kerja nya Aja lelet banget ya allah nyesel Gua pake kartu bni pelayanan nya sangat 0 besar cs kerja santai gatau kali org antri dri pagi supaya kebagi waktu buat kerja juga tolong ya diperbaiki untuk pelayanan nya bisaβ bni tutup klo punya cs yg gbisa merangkul menangani rakyat dengan benar niat ya saya mau kasih 0 bintang tapi yasudahlah

β β β β β Dari nilai bintang nya pun udah keliatan... Kalo ga ada perbaikan pelayanan bisa2 nasabah pergi satu persatu... Pelayanan SANGAT BUSUK...! LEBIH PARAH dari BNI Bekasi...! Ngambil antrian jam 7.30...! Ampe jam 15.00...belum dipanggil juga... Fix...! Tutup rekening...! ganti bank lain...!
