Saya datang ke bang BRI pedee pukul 11:15, waktu itu sedang kosong tidak ada nasabah yang sedang antri, saya langsung bergegas mendatangi teler, jemudian saya langsung bicara pada teller, (pak saya mau teransfer) tetapi si penjaga teler langsung menonak permintaan saya, ( maaf pak sekarang sudah waktunya istirahat, nanti pukul 13:00 bapak bisa balik lagi aja ).
Loh pak ini kan masih jam 11 kenapa udah istirahat?
Tpi si teler ttp saja tidak bisa melayani saya.
Di situ saya sangat kecewa...
NO RECOMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah 3x kesana buat bikin M-banking, gapernah dilayanin, satpamnya banyak alasan. Bilangnya gangguan seluruh bank BRI gabisa bikin M-banking, nyatanya coba ke cabang lain saat itu juga, eh bisaaaaaaa tuh... huft.. hwhwhw..
I've been there 3x to make M-banking, never been served, security for many reasons. He said the disturbance of all BRI banks could not make M-banking, in fact try to another branch at that time, eh canaaaaaaa ... huft .. hwhwhw ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu Cabang Bank BRI di kecamatan Pedes yang menjadi satu-satu nya bank yang ada dan melayani masyarakat setempat. Bank ini memiliki luas ruangan yang cukup di bandingkan kantor cabang di tempat lain selain itu dari pelayanan pegawai juga cukup lengkap terdiri dari dua orang teller dan dua orang Customer Service, tersedia juga mesin ATM dan layanan BRI Link yang memudahkan masyarkat dalam melakukan transaksi pembayaran ,transfer, bayar tagihan ,beli token listrik,beli pulsa dan lain-lain. ATM BRI Pedes hanya ada satu unit mesin ATM dan belum tersedia ATM setor tunai sehingga nasabah yang mau ambil uang ke ATM harus antri terlebih dahulu dan parahnya ATM yang hanya ada satu sering eror dan telat di isi uang. Harapan kedepannya Bank BRI Pedes di tambah lagi mesin ATM nya agar mengurangi antrian.

BRI Pedes ATM only has one ATM machine and there are no cash deposit ATMs available, so customers who want to take money to the ATM have to queue up first and the severity of the ATM is that there is only one frequent error and late in the contents of the money. Hope in the future, BRI Pedes Bank will add more ATM machines to reduce queues.
