★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini saya bingung nih . Ada Unit BRI kutagandok . Soal pencarian BPUM . Haruss nyah kan kalaw udah bikin jadwal di online berarti udah Pixs ya bisa di proses sesuai jadwal . Malah suruh balik lagi. Alesan dengan statuss penuh haruss di alihkan ke jadwal lain . Nah kan kalaw penuh untuk di proses . Otomatis di eform BRI nyah ga bisa bikin jadwal dong . Kenapa penuh pas nyampe ke BRI nyah. Saya Liat tadi . Ibu ibu ngasih duit ke securty nyah 400ribu . Saya tanya ke ibu ibu nyah. Bu Bikin jadwal dulu ga di eform BRI nyah. Kata dia ngga. Cuma di potong 400ribu..calo calo ajah nungguin pada di lokasi . Pecat pecat in ajah dah kalaw ada oknum seperti itu. Otomatis ga berguna jadwal di eform BRI nyah..

Sayang sekali ATM nya ada dalam ruangan bukan di luar jadi merasa agak gimana saat jam operasional bank ttup mau ambil uang ke atm tapi lokasi Atm nya berada di dalam ruangan kantor.
The service is fast and the clerk is friendly.
Too bad the ATM is inside the room not outside so it feels a bit like what when the bank operational hours don't want to take money to the ATM but the ATM location is inside the office room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya jelek, masa setor jam 2.30 gangguan Mulu udah beberapa kali.. sedangkan di bank BRI yang lain enggak, di kcp Rengasdengklok gapernah gangguan.. percuma ada bank Deket tapi gabisa setor atau tarik, padahal tutup bank jam 15.00, heran saya.. tolong di perbaiki, kalo males ngelayanin nasabah, lewat jam 2, tutup nya jam 2 aja gausah ada keterangan tutup jam 15.00, terimakasih
The service is bad, the deposit period at 2.30 has been interrupted by Mulu several times.. while at other BRI banks it doesn't, at Rengasdengklok KCP there has never been a problem.. there's no use bank Deket but can't deposit or withdraw, even though the bank closes at 15.00, I'm surprised.. please fix it, if you are lazy to serve customers, after 2 o'clock, it closes at 2 o'clock, there's no need to say it closes at 15.00, thank you
