★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrinya lama masa dari jam 9.15 baru dilayani CS antrian no. 2. Dan akhirnya saya tinggal jam 10.32 karena sudah gak betah, sebekum pergi saya tanya lagi CS baru nglayani antrian no. 3. Astagaaa lama banget pelayanannya.. Ckckckc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrean sangat lama, tidak segera memanggil antrean berikutnya padahal pelayanan nasabah sebelumnya sudah selesai lama.
CS kurang profesional.
Waktu komplain tentang "kenapa tidak segera melakukan pemanggilan antrean selanjutnya padahal pelayanan terhadap nasabah sebelumnya sudah terselesaikan" malah jawabannya tidak enak didengarkan, gini kata satpamnya "kalo ga berkenan menunggu silahkan datang lagi besuk".
Emang besuk ga nunggu lama lagi kayak gini?
Mohon benahi pelayanan CS dong.
Tempat nunggu di halaman juga panas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan Satpam sangat tidak ramah, ada nasabah yang kesulitan tidak dibantu. Sampai ada bapak2 yang mau ambil uang di ATM lama banget tapi dia diem aja gk bantuin padahal ditempat lain satpamnya pada bantu. TIDAK RAMAH Bintang 1.
Sikap satpam perlu Ditegur.
