★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pihak bni mohon profesianal kinerjanya ,buka jam 08.00 ini sampe mau jam 09.00 belum buka ,antrian sampe numpuk banyak ,kasian yg udah pada nunggu dari pagi ,banyak yang kecewa dengan pelayanan dan kinerja bank bni di boyolali

Antriannya banyak sampe 60an ...
Tapi rata² 1 jam 4 antrian Baru selesai.
Please fix the CS performance...
The queue is a lot until the 60s...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 antrian 20menit sampai 1 jam untuk ke CS, tapi antrian diberikan sampai 60 lebih.. lah kalau memang tidak sanggup jangan di kasih antrian sampe 60 dong, yang nunggu dari awal buka sampe jam 3 sore masih belum di panggil, terus gimana ceritanya? Harusnya manajemen mikir dong, kita yang ngantri juga punya kegiatan seharian nunggu kalau ga kelar kita rugi, kita juga izin kerja, yang usaha rela tutup untuk keperluan di BNI tapi ga saling pengertian.
Antrian yang sudah berlalu masih aja di tungguin atau di panggil ulang, terus antrian yang belakangan tapi nungguin dari pagi ga dipikirin?
