★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya, jelek & lambat bgt, sangat mengecewakan sekali CS BNI nya, tolong diperbaiki system kinerjanya dong..., percuma sekolah tinggi" Kalo system cara kerjanya Lelet kayak Belatung.
The service, bad & very slow, very disappointing CS BNI, please improve the performance system please ..., it's useless for high school "If the system works slow like maggots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ antrian cs sangat lama. 10 antrian sampai 1 jam lebih. cs ada 3 yg buka cuma 1 kadang 2. terus kan saya ngurus pembukaan kartu alumni yg kerjasama dgn bni. awalnya nanya ke satpamnya trs dia nanya ke csnya katanya bisa diobrolin dulu. gak bilang butuhnya apa2 aja. eh pas udah di panggil nunggu hampir 4 jam malah disuruh bawa2 banyak hal. dan akhirny pulang tanpa apa2 cuma buang2 waktu. kalo atm sebelah satpamnya seolah dikasih tau apa aja yg diperlukan customernya sehingga pas ke cs sudah siap. ini cuma jd nunggu doang. ngobrol jg outputnya gitu doang
the cs queue is very long. 10 queues to 1 hour more. cs there are 3 that open only 1 sometimes 2. then I take care of opening alumni cards in collaboration with BNI. At first he asked the security guard then he asked the cs he said he could chat first. didn't say anything. uh, when I was called, I waited for almost 4 hours and was told to bring lots of things. and finally came home with nothing but a waste of time. if the atm next to the security guard seems to be told what the customer needs so that when he comes to CS it's ready. this is just waiting for it the output is just like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank yg bener2 tidak menghargai nasabah untuk pembuatan rekening baru,complain atw ke teller..antrian tidak di beri tmpt duduk..berdiri ber jam2,sangat mengecewakan
Banks that really don't respect customers for creating new accounts, complain or tell the teller..the queue is not given a seat..stands for hours, very disappointing

CS only 1, customers booming. Even though there are a lot of queues. Service is not friendly either. How's the management???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong perbaiki pelayanannya. Terutama dari depan (security) bersikaplah ramah terhadap nasabah, bantu nasabah jika membutuhkan informasi. Jangan cuek!!
Please improve the service. Especially from the front (security) be friendly to customers, help customers if they need information. Don't be silly!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apakah BNI tidak mempertimbangkan penambahan CS? Saya sudah mencoba ke banyak BNI dan saya melihat CS yg melayani hanya 1 sedangkan nasabah banyak yg antri. Untuk update data harus ke CS sdgkan bank lain sudah mulai mencoba cara yg lebih praktis tanpa perlu ke CS. Harusnya bayaknya nasabah yg membutuhkan bantuan CS juga dipertimbangkan dgn mengerahkan lebih byk counter CSnya.
Is BNI not considering adding CS? I have tried many BNIs and I see that there is only 1 CS serving while many customers are queuing up. To update data, you have to go to CS while other banks have started trying more practical ways without the need to go to CS. The number of customers who need CS assistance should also be considered by deploying more CS counters.
