★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sesuai dengan bintang yg dikasih customer...bgtu juga saya. Kecewa berat saran untuk BCA pusat ini kcp buaran tutup aja kalau tidak becus karyawan nya dlm hal pelayanan. Kita nasabah pagi pagi smgt bawa duit datang ke kcp buaran dlm hal pembuatan rekening.artinya percaya klo kcp buaran bagus ternyata proses pembuatan rekening baru ribettttt harus lewat online pencetakan kartu gag bisa juga hari itu selesai harus bolak balik dan itu juga kudu ngantri lagi. Lalu apa beda nya online sama langsung hadeuhh kirain dengan online bisa terbantu cepat pembuatan atau pencetakan kartu atm gag tau nya antri juga sampe sana..mutusin kedua kalinya ke kcp lain di cakung Ternyata 1 hari selesai.fix ini kcp tutup aja

Yang ada nomor antrian malah nunggu lamaaaa
Yang bawa duitnya banyak malah di duluin tanpa kasi nomor antrian. Yang malah bisa sampai 1 jam lebih layanin 1 orang aja.
Ngotak nya dimana... Ampe orang yang uda tua aja harus ngalah disini, Dan pergi karna kesel nunggu ga dipanggil, yg dipanggil yg bawa duitnya banyak, maksudnya apa.
Segitunya ama duit titipan aja.

keterangan tutup jam 3 utk teller setor tunai tutup jam 2 kamarin saya ke sana jam 2 katanya gak bisa dan besok nya saya kesana jam 1 lewat 10 mnit mau setoe tunai ..gak bisa alesan kusus prioritan di setoran diatas 100jt.. gak jelas banget tolong jangan beda beda in nominal nya dong saya kecewa bgt sama pelayanan BCA di buaran

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau cetak kartu& buku, dteng set8, awalnya disuru kedalem antrian cs, Nmr antrian 09, cs cuma 1, udah nunggu lama2, satpam bilang "cetak kartu di mesin aja, buku tabunganya di cabang lain" padahal sbnrnya ada itu, cuma satpam gamau bikin antrian panjang,udh nunggu 1jam eh tetep ngantri juga cetak kartu dimesin. Kelar2 jam 10 cuma dpet kartu doang, harusnya mah bilang kek dari awal. Kalo bkn krna disuruh bkin bca juga dah pindah ke bank mandiri
