★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan oleh satpam tidak adil. Nomer yg terlewat di CS masih didahulukan dibanding yg menunggu di ruangan. Misal sekarang nomer 12, nah yg nomer 5 masih didahulukan oleh satpam. Tau kan betapa lama nya menunggu di CS? Kalau gitu mending ambil nomer lalu pulang ke rumah -_-
Service by the security guard is unfair. The number you missed in CS still takes precedence over the one waiting in the room. For example, now number 12, now number 5 still takes precedence over the security guard. You know how long it has been waiting at CS? If so, it's better to take the number and then go home -_-

Pelayanan CS disini jelek.
Udah ambil no antrian dr jam 8 pagi, disuruh balik lg siang, udah dtng siang no kelewat disuruh ambil antrian baru.
Udah gitu cs HADIYANTI pelayanan nya sama sekali tidak ramah, jutek banget

CS service here is bad.
Already taken queue number from 8 am, told to return again at noon, already at noon no too much told to take a new queue.
Already like that cs HADIYANTI, the service is not at all friendly, really dirty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan khususnya di bagian teller sangat buruk, antrian lama, dan panjang padahal banyak ruang kasir tapi yg aktif cuma 1. Luar biasa... Rata rata antrian disini tembus 30 menit sampe ber jam-jam.
Kinerja manajemennya perlu dievaluasi
The service, especially at the teller section, is very bad, the queues are long, and long even though there are many cashier rooms but only 1. The active ones are extraordinary ... The average queue here is 30 minutes to several hours.

The cs are still friendly, the teller is rude. The ATM chip replacement service is more than a month old. bad.
