★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru urus perpanjang sim tgl 5 jan 2021, asal sudah kir dan tes psikolog plus ga lewat dri masa aktif, menurut saya pelayanannya cepat, datang jam stengah 9, masuk ke ruang regis perpanjangan sim, lalu beri surat kir dn tes psikolog, ktp dan sim asli ke petugas, nnti dapat formulir biru dan hang tag tamu dan surat kirnya lgi, usahakan bawa bolpen sndiri aja krna bnyak yg macet, nnti dpet formulir biru, isi sesuai contoh di mading mau bikin baru atau perpanjang, nnti sesuai kan, lalu nnti masuk keruangan selanjutnya, masukan formulir dan surat2 kir dan tes jdi satu di map dan masukan ke loket, ada 3 loket, untuk sim baru di loket 1, pembayaran loket 2, dan perpanjangan loket 3, nnti sesuaikan, lalu duduk, tunggu sampai dipanggil ga smpe 15mnit, nnti dtang lagi ke loket tdi, untuk pengecekan data apalah sudah benar, nah kalo sudah benar nnti diberi formulir birunya lagi untuk bayar biaya, di agen sim BRI yg ada di belakang kantor, lokasinya sih di kantin ada ibu2 pakai meja gtu, setelah bayar dn di cap, nnti bawa ke loket 2, lalu duduk lagi untuk panggilan foto, lalu foto, setelah foto, nnti nunggu bentar lgi g smpe 15 mnit dipanggil, ambil sim yg sudah jadi di loket 2,jgn lupa, saat keluar nnti kembalikan hang tag tamu dan ambil ktp aslinya, dah selesaiii..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Td bikin sim dan ga lolos tes. Besok sana lagi. Idep idep dolan tp ga asik. Moga makin jaya dan makin jejek untuk polres. Tugas muliamu akan selalu kami beri apresiasi terbaik. Bayangkan bila tidak ada kantor layanan seperti ini mungkin kekacauan atas masalah seperti mengurus surat surat kendaraan surat ijin mengemudi juga skck dn lain lain jadi sangat sulit juga berakibat malasnya para pemakai kendaraan untuk tertib. Tp dg adanya ini paling tidak bisa teratasi meski tidak semua.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disini bisa untuk pengurusan SIM apapun tidak memandang dari daerah manapun. Saya kira untuk pelayanannya sudah cukup bagus hanya saja antrean yang manual membuat orang yang baru datang kesini menjadi bingung. Selalu budayakan bertanya terlebih dahulu agar tidak salah arah. Pastikan prosesnya berjalan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.
Meskipun ada banner/spanduk kampanye stop pungli/calo di dalam kantor, saya rasa tetap masih ada kok mereka2 itu. Tidak usah dicari juga sudah bisa terbaca. Tinggal kita pintar2 saja untuk proses sesuai aturan yang berlaku. Agak lama tapi bersih dari hal seperti itu.
Karena bahan SIM nya baru kata polisinya, makanya butuh waktu 2 bulan untuk pengambilan SIM nya(dengan menukar surat sementara yang diberikan ketika perpanjangan).

Kemarin habis 75.000 untuk memperpanjang dan 40.000 untuk kir.

Yang mau memperpanjang sim jangan lupa membawa fotocopy ktp dua lembar, yang satu diberikan saat kir dan satunya lagi dilampirkan saat memperpanjang.
Kemarin waktu memperpanjang hanya membutuhkan waktu tidak sampai 30 menit langsung jadi.
Pelayanannya menurut saya perlu dibenahi lagi terutama petugasnya yang kurang ramah. Semoga kedepanya memberikan pelayanan yang lebih maksimal lagi.
