5 teller yg kerja cuma 2 teller
Teller 1 sibuk hampir 1 jam lebih kayak bikin novel
Teller 2 , aneh yg ga pegang nomor antrian bisa maju tanpa di panggil langsung di layanin
 Long service, just take care of 1 customer for more than 1 hour
5 tellers working only 2 tellers
Teller 1 is busy for almost 1 hour, like writing a novel
Teller 2, it's strange that those who don't hold the queue number can go forward without being called directly to be served

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya jelek sekali.... datang dari jam 7 pagi, meja custemer servus ada 6, yang ada pelayan cs nya cuma 2 orang. ? Dapet antrian no 45 dari pak satpam, rupanya dari shubuh pak satpam sudah ngeprint antrian, karena di kartu antrian tertera pkl.05.10, berarti bisa jadi ada jual beli antrian di BNI.... OOOOOOH indahnya negeri ini ????
The service is really bad .... coming from 7 in the morning, there are 6 customer service tables, there are only 2 cs waiters. Got queue number 45 from the security guard, apparently from dawn, the security guard has printed the queue, because the queue card is listed at 05.10, meaning there could be a buying and selling queue at BNI.... OOOOOOH what a beautiful country

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangaaaaaat buruk apalagi customer service nya 1 orang CS melayani nasabah sampai 1 jam. Abis ini tutup rekening aja, bikin kapok. Pindah bank lain. Tolong temen2 yg mau ke CS berangkat jam 5 subuh untuk ambil antrian di security berbaris kaya pengemis terus rebutan nomor antrian. BAR BAR. Ga cocok bintang 1 lebih cocok bintang minus, BANK PALING GILA yg pernah ada

Yang saya perhatikan, 3 jam (08-11) baru melayani 16 antrian, sementara ada 2 CS. Berarti 1 CS 8 antrian/ 3 jam ~ 22 menit per orang/CS.
Berarti kira2 saya harus nunggu 22menit x 60 antrian/2 CS = 660 menit / 60 = 11 jam ??

+ Sudah banyak review jelek, pihak manajemen kapan ini diperbaiki ???
I want to change to an ATM with a chip, I get a queue of 60+.
What I noticed, 3 hours (08-11) only served 16 queues, while there were 2 CS. Means 1 CS 8 queues/3 hours ~ 22 minutes per person/CS.
Does that mean I have to wait 22 minutes x 60 queues/2 CS = 660 minutes / 60 = 11 hours??

+ There have been a lot of bad reviews, the management when will this be fixed???
