★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATM saya ke telen mesin yg di Alfamart Karangturi, sedangkan ATM dri kantor ga dikasih buku Tabungan, agak ribet buat proses klo lewat Gojek musti ke kantor Kemang Jaksel & pengganti atm jadi.a 10 hri kerja.
Jadi, mohon tindakan dri BCA Cabang Indramayu agar kiranya berkenan membantu nasabahnya untuk memeriksa mesin atm di alfa karangturi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya cepat, untuk pembuatan rekening baru tidak sampai 1 jam sudah jadi, buku tabungan dan atm sudah ditangan. Tapi untuk pembuatan rekening baru, akan aktif esok harinya tidak bisa hari itu juga.
Pelayanan dari CS pun cukup ramah dan membatu sekali dalam proses yang diperlukan. Ada juga CS digital, tapi untuk penggunaannya belum tau lebih jauh

Pelayanan konter sangat ramah, namun kita harus menunggu cukup lama untuk dapatkan antrian. Gedung masih kurang ramah disabilitas, mohon untuk di perhatikan.
