dulu rame yg servis dsni lama2 kok sepi y mekanikny berkurang tinggal 1 org aja plus anak sma magang

Selasa 29 september 2020 Pukul 15.28 wib Kenapa saya kasih bintang satu, karena saya merasa kurang memuaskan dalam pelayanan mekaniknya. Kendala motor nmax saya 1. Bunyi siul atau nging atau kaya jangkrik bagian belakang 2. Bunyi seperti benturan besi kecil, jalan 30km - 50km bunyi tektektektek secara terus menerus di bagian depan 3. Benerin bodi sirip karena mengsol Saya percaya karena dealer resmi. Saya pantau saat pengerjaanya. Karena kata admin, kalau ada kendala ngomong sama mekaniknya langsung. Jadi saya liatin tuh dari belakang, terlihat seperti buru2 . Mas kendala saya 1.2.3 seperti itu. Singkat cerita. Setelah selesai servis, saya ngomong lagi. Mas kok bodinya belum di benerin. Nah mekanik tersebut betulin tuh bodi. Tapi gatau kenapa si mekanik enggak copot rangka bodinya. Si mekanik tersebut maksa dorong2 bodi sampe retak gitu. Saya komplen dong! Kok jadi retak gitu. Dia diem aja. Saya dateng ke admin komplen. Ini gimanah kok bodi saya malah jadi retak. Kejadian depan mata saya pula. Kata admin ngomong aja langsung sama mekaniknya. Oke saya langsung ke mekaniknya lagi. Mas ini gimanah. Semula gada retakan gada gompalan. Dia bilang, ini mas kayaknya ini bekas congkelan sebelumnya. Lah apaan coba, orang jelas2 itu benerin depan saya, dan saya lihat langsung kok malah ngeles seperti itu. Jelas2 dia memaksakan dorong2 bodi dan hasilnya retak. Dan dia diem. Saya minta tanggung jawab dong gimanah. Dia akhirnya jawab, ia mas gini aja biar saya ganti bodinya. Ini baru tanggung jawab. Oke lanjut cerita, saya minta no w.a dia. Dia malah ngomong no saya aja yang di save dia. Saya minta save balik dia nolak. Biar nanti saya kabarin ujarnya. Oke lah masalah selesai. Saya pulang, dengan kekecewaan. Dia janjiin bakal ganti tuh bodi nmax, dia pesenin. Semoga ga bohong. Saya tunggu seminggu, kalau ga ngabarin saya ke dealer itu lagi. Lanjut. Selesai masalah itu. Saya pulang dan di perjalanan saya merasa ini kok masih bunyi. Depan belakang.. Masih ada bunyi ngiiing atau siul gitu di belakang. Di depan masih bunyi tektektek benturan kecil gatau apa. Agak kecewa . Udah kecewa di kecewain lagi. Kepuasan konsumen menurut saya kurang. Harap di perbaiki dalam menangani setiap masalah ataupun perbaikan Okelah tunggu seminggu lagi. Nunggu kabar dia. Semoga kedepanya jangan seperti ini !

The sound of whistling or nging or the back of crickets 2. Sounds like a small metal clash, the road 30km - 50km the continuous tektektek sound in the front 3. Correct the body of the fin due to sticking I believe because it is an authorized dealer. I monitored it while doing it. Because the admin said, if there are problems, talk to the mechanic directly. So I looked from behind, looking like I was in a hurry. Mas my constraint is 1.2.3 like that. In short. After finishing the service, I spoke again. Bro, how come the body hasn't been corrected. Now the mechanic is really good at the body. But I don't know why the mechanic didn't take off the body frame. The mechanic was forced to push the body until it cracked like that. I'm complaining! How come it's cracked like that. He just ignore it. I came to the admin to complain. This is how my body cracks. Events before my eyes too. The admin said just talking directly to the mechanic. OK, I went straight to the mechanic again. This bro. Originally the club was chipped cracked club. He said, I think this is the scent of previous indignation. What are you trying to do, people are clearly right in front of me, and I can see how come they fall like that. Obviously he pushed the body and the results cracked. And he paused. I ask for responsibility, please. He finally answered, just like this, let me change the body. This is just responsibility. Okay, continue the story, I asked him for his number. He even said my number that he saved. I asked to save back, he refused. Let me tell you later he said. Okay, the problem is over. I came home, disappointed. He promised to replace the Nmax body, he ordered. Hopefully it's not a lie. I'll wait a week, if I don't talk to the dealer again. Continue. Finish that problem. I came home and on the way I felt it was still sound. Front back.. There is still a ngiiing or whistling sound in the back. In front there was still a small impact, or what. A little disappointed. Already disappointed at being disappointed again. In my opinion, consumer satisfaction is lacking. Please correct it in dealing with any problems or repairs OK, wait another week. Wait for him. Motor matic saya tidak bisa starter, saya sudah blg ke pendaftaran tidak perlu d service karena sudah d service beberapa hr lalu. Yg d ganti hanya cangkok dan busi saja. Tp mekanik malah masukin servis ringan juga, mbak pendaftarannya manut2 aja. Terkesan seperti calo jdnya, pas d tmpt service jg dia mnta tlg temennya krna ga bs. Alhasil pembayaran jd 2x lipat krna iming2 d service. Jd saya bayar service beberapa hr lalu dan hr ini sy bayar lg ? Tidak sampai d situ, mekanik jg menganjurkan beli aki baru harga 300rb lbh biar skalian d pasang, sy cek tegangan aki di spidommeter aerox 12.8, artinya aki msh bagus, kecuali 12.2. Kebetulan klo ga salah nama nama mekaniknya dani, rada gemuk dan rada botak. Ini hanya kritik saja, bila pihak karyawan melihat komenan ini dan menjelaskan sy rubah ratingnya.
