sing rodo o.on, what kind of employees are recruiting.. i know someone is waiting in line and they are still chatting with their friends, even though it's already working hours. when they come to ask for payment, they say...after waiting in line for up to 3 hours, it's their turn until the queue is said to be gone you can... why didn't you say earlier if you can't...

tolong banget ya buat sistemnya di tegasin, klo buka jam 8 ya boleh ambil nomor antriannya ya jam 8 aja, jangan dari subuh udh ambil nomor antrian,

β β β β β Antri CS aja lama banget, gimana customer mau ngurus mbanking, mobile banking dll. Kalo pelayanan aja lama bangeet! Lama pol! Disebelah aja gak lama banget, padahal client jg banyak!
Harusnya ada waktu pelayanan (service time) 1 cust itu brp menit? Biar cepet!
