1. Dulu waktu pencairan pinjaman kan jelas yg menentukan tanggal pihak bank harusnya segala syarat dan dokumen entah apa lah itu sudah disiapkan jadi ketika nasabah itu datang untuk pencairan tidak harus menungu BERJAM-JAM dan ternyata disana masih liat2 jaminannya padahal jelas sudah survay dll dan di sms pun sudah jelas kata2 pencairan tanggal sekian tapi kenapa nunggu melebihi 3 jaman
2. Bulan ini pelunasan datang sudah dibayar suruh nunggu untuk pengembalian jaminan, setelah menunggguuuu lamaaa baru ngomong kalau adminnya belum ada lah dari saya nunggu 10-15 menit kemana aja baru bilang
Sungguh menyita waktu
Dan dibilang nanti siang ya bu, ditanya jam nya belum tau lah terus gimana ??
