★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam ramah tapi ucapan tidak sesuai yang diucapkan saya sudah 4 kali ke situ katanya istirahat disuruh kembali jam 1 setelah jam 1 suruh kembali jam 2 untuk yang rumahnya dekat tidak apa2 kalau rumahnya jauh bagaimana? Dan berkas saya dalam pengurusan bank cuma dipegang saja malah melayani yang lain satpam bapaknya yang agak putih sedikit gemuk itu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teller sama sekali tidak ramah. Kesana sudah jelas mau bayar, ditanya bawa uang atau engga. Ketus judes, parah. Pas ada ibu-ibu yg terlihat lebih wah langsung sopan banget dan menyapa. Hayo BNI gimana ini? Dah sering saya dpet perlakuan muka ketus bin judes loh :(
Teller is not friendly at all. There, it was clear that you wanted to pay, you were asked to bring money or not. Bitter, severe. When there are mothers who look better, they are immediately polite and say hello. Hey BNI, how is this? I've often been treated with a curt face, bin bitch, you know :(
