★ ★ ★ ★ ★ setiap jam 12 ke atas mesti teller cuma satu, di tambah ramai lagi, jadi nunggunya lama banget . katanya Bank mandiri menara pusat nya mandiri di solo,,kenapa pelayananya tidak memuaskan tidak kayak bank lain,,,kalau istirahat teller atau cs nya harus bergantian satu2 jgn yang buka cuma satu. kan jd buang2 waktu kan.
every 12 hours and above there must be only one teller, the more crowded it is, so the wait is really long. he said Bank Mandiri, the central tower was independent in solo, why was the service not satisfactory, unlike other banks, if you took a break, the teller or cs had to take turns one at a time, don't just open one. it's a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari datang nunggu antri 6 orang,katanya paling nunggu 1 jam,tapi sdh lebih 2 jam tidak dipanggil juga.cs ada 5 orang tapi yg buka cuma 2 orang,benar benar jelek pelayanannya.
From coming to waiting in line for 6 people, he said he waited at least 1 hour, but it has been more than 2 hours not being called either. cs there are 5 people but only 2 people are open, the service is really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabtu buka..pelayanan mulai jam 9 sampai jam 2 siang. Kalau kesini mending dateng agak pagi (sblm jam 9) aja..biar dpt nomor antrian awal. Soalnya makin siang makin rame antriannya.
Saturday open..service from 9 to 2 pm. If you come here, it's better to come a little early (before 9 o'clock) ... so you can get the initial queue number. Because the later in the day the more crowded the queue.

Buka jam 9, saya datang jam 10.30 an dapat antrean 112 dan masih harus menunggu sekitar 55an nomor lagi.
Nunggunya di luar karena protokol kesehatan. Bagus sih. Tapi sayang, ga ada tempat duduk yang layak. Akhirnya "dhlosoran" aja. Seandainya disediakan tempat tunggu yang layak, akan lebih nyaman.

Wait outside because of health protocol. That's good. But unfortunately, there is no proper seat. Finally, "dhlosoran" wrote. If a proper waiting area were provided, it would be more comfortable.
