Delicious Bluder bread here. Not inferior to Bluder Cokro. The unit price is 14 thousand, quite pricy but it pays off with a good taste. I hope it tastes good. Great!

Yuliana is the name of the owner or the baker and Bluder is the name of the bread. Hardly to find the root of word for this Bluder.
What this shop sells ia a classical bread which called "Bluder"
This Bluder bread was coming from the Europe brought by the Dutch at colonialism era in Indonesia in 16th century.
Compared to other bread, this Bluder is so soft with a tender texture, smell so good and nice in the mouth. Basic compound of this bread are a lot of egg yolks and flour but the dough mostly made like a cake dough.
The yellow colour of the bread is naturally coming from the usage of a lot of egg yolks not from food grade colouring.
You can ask for the plain bluder or bluder with variant of taste.
Such as chocolate bluder, chesse bluder, strawberry bluder, Smoke beef bluder and Mix fruit bluder.
Price about in the range of Rupiah8.000.- up to 10.000/pc.
