★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banyak bgt pilihannya, croissant, danish, eclair, choux, dan kue2 cantik lainnya? semua yg dibeli enak, tapi kalo kebanyakan lumayan berasa enek jg mungkin krn butternya strong (?) sangat menyayangkan packaging eclair dan chouxnya ? paling favorit tiramisu eclairnya, byk bgt komponennya dan perpaduan yg enak bgtbgtbgt? blueberry cheese cake chouxnya enak dan isinya full bgt. garlic cream cheese croissantnya oke isinya fulll, ny cheese cake danish dan pain au chocolatnya b aja tp ok! oh iya kalo datengnya pas sore tinggal sisa2 kayak di foto, dateng lebih siang kayanya lebih banyak pilihan
 There are so many choices, croissants, danish, eclairs, choux, and other beautiful cakes? everything I bought was delicious, but most of them tasted good too maybe because the butter was strong (?) I really regretted the packaging of the eclairs and choux my favorite is the tiramisu eclairs, so many the components and the combination are so delicious the blueberry cheese cake choux is delicious and the filling is really full. The garlic cream cheese croissant is okay, the filling is full, the danish cheese cake and the pain au chocolat are okay but ok! oh yeah, if you come in the afternoon, there's only left like in the photo, come later in the day, you have more choices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setelah sekian bulan ga ke mall.. Akhirnya kemarin ngemall lagi ? Itu pun niat banget cuma beli Don Bakeshop.. Aku parkir deket sama tempat Don Bakeshop. Banyak jenis sih croissant bombolini sliced cake dll disini. Cuma kali ini aku pesan 4 ini aja..
Rasanya enak.. Ga terlalu manis yang penting... Posisinya di Basement MKG 3. Mungkin karena itu banyak yang ke MKG ga ngeh ada Bakeshop ini... Karna kebanyakan parkirnya di lantai² atas dan jarang ada yang main² ke Basement ?
Harganya cukup OK berkiran 25 sampai 35an.. Kemasan rapih.. Pelayanan ramah dan cepat..
Cobain deh.. tar kabarin ya kalau kalian doyan yang mana ?

After so many months without going to the mall.. Finally yesterday I went to the mall again ? That was the only intention to buy Don Bakeshop.. I parked near the Don Bakeshop place. There are many types of croissants, bombolini, sliced cake, etc. here. Only this time I ordered 4 of these..
The taste is good.. It's not too sweet, the important thing... The position is in the basement of MKG 3. Maybe that's why so many people go to MKG don't know that there is this bakery... because most of the parking is on the upper floors and rarely anyone goes to the basement ?
The price is quite OK, around 25 to 35. Neat packaging.. Friendly and fast service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is like a candyshop for adults! They sell authentic viennoiseries at an affordable price and all of them look so appetizing. Out of all of the pastries we ordered, our favorite have to be the pain au chocolat and the cinnamon roll. The layers of the danishes are so stunning!
But I got to say that the rest of the pastries are... disappointing. They taste like they're a day old, pretty stale. We expect the croissant to still be flaky and crispy on the edges, but it tasted like bread. It would be nice if the packaging had a reheating instructions.
We also got the sourdough. Although it has good air pockets inside, it tasted too sour for my liking.
Last but not least, we were pretty annoyed with the queue. We were literally stuck in one spot for 20 minutes and we waited for 1 hour in total. A suggestion would be displaying a menu (or two) of the pastry choices so people can make the decision while queueing. I also noticed that the booth is so small for 4/5 employees! There's a huge load-bearing pole inside and it's directly in front of the display, so the guy that had to take the pastry order had a hard time bending over to take the pastries on the lower shelf. He also looked very exhausted! In addition, the stacks of containers also made it hard for them to move around, so there were multiple occasions when things would fall down and everyone bumping on each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don Bakeshop is an artisan bakery owned by Chef Dony Muhadi. When you visit their stall, from the decoration to the variant of appetizing croissant, danish, beautiful sliced cakes, eclair, along with the other pastries, we might think that this is an international brand. But actually, Don Bakeshop is a local business.
Since this is just a stall, so they don't have dine in area. Only provide takeaway order. Mostly Don Bakeshop is crowded during weekend with a long queue.
I tried Reddish Danish (IDR 21,000). The red and thick cranberries croissant with cream cheese, almiond, and raisin. There's some crispy texture. Tastes good, not sour, and less sweet.

An immediate 5stars...
Service is quite fast dispite the long queue.
Atmosphere doesn't apply here cuz it's a booth but I'm utterly shocked how much selections they can squeeze into that small area.
Food and oh yes it's absolutely tasty, we blindly shoot for random items and they all taste wonderful.
Good coffee too... ?

Don is a good option for people who looking for a new color in pastry, cake and beyond.
The server has offering me to bake for better taste. And it was unforgettable experience for the food.
The chocolate it self is so lovely. And the cheese even better.
Will try it in next time.
