★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakmi Bangka Sin-Sin is a small noodle restaurant in the Gading Indah housing cluster. This Bakmi Bangka (Bangka Noodle) was coming from Bangka island one of the 17,000 islands of Indonesia which has a special recipe in serving the noodle.
The noodle is smaller and thiner compare to the one which is sell in other noodle restaurant, tasteful for the base oil use as condiments is lard.
Standard serving in this restaurant is a bowl of chicken noodle but you can ask for meat ball and dumpling or both of them.
One other signature of noodle from Bangka island is in the chili sauce, the sauce are made from the mixture of fresh chili, garlic, salt and fermented soybean.
For drink you can ask for hot tea or fresh orange squish and mineral water.
Other things this restaurant sell are, snacks from fish, fried meatball, fish crackers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like it very much. Around 20k per portion, u can choose to have it with chicken or pork minced meat. The price is balance with the taste u get . I suggest u to have it on the spot as it is tastier than take away. Bueno!
