★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is the same for all kind "level" of quality, the only difference is the size. If you expect communicative dorm, full of activity and transparency with the borders i suggest you find another place to stay

This place is great, it has pool, open area, and the rooms itself are great. BUT there is ONLY, a bed, a table, and a SMALL cupboard. Meaning if you want to shower and wash your hands, you'd have to go to the +- 5 bathrooms outside your room (still inside the building but just not in the room itself). Plus there is a 24 hour mini market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room and facility is quite good for it's price. The cleanliness for the bathroom need to be improved. The variety of the food sold in the canteen need to be improved, especially non-halal foods since there's a lot of non-muslim Chinese Indonesians and International exchange students live in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has been getting better over the year and so far (2020) they improved a lot and im starting to notice the fix they implemented like cctv and rules.
Wifi is fast and rarely have problem, swimming pool is reguraly cleaned now, and overall cleanliness is a lot better than 2018/2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, its a good place to stay actually. Its a "modern and elegant" place to live when you saw it from the outside. Its a much different story when it comes to the inside room itself. The room is pretty small compared to other boarding house near the campus with cheaper price. No toilet inside. Some of the other boarding house near the campus actually gives a better flexibility to the facilities like bringing friends overnight. Binus Square doesn't have that priviledges. The electricity management is one of (by far) the worst since my 3 years stay. The cleanliness comes at number 2 worst things here. There are many more. The Electricity count often isn't accordance with what we are using. A single aircond with 1 PC, 1 lamp, 3 routers will spend 700-1000+ KWh. For comparison, my 2 stories house spend 200-500 KWh. The daily count just doesn't make sense. The management says it just the aircond that contributes the high KWh. But its pretty ridiculous considering i never shutdown my aircond on my 1st and 2nd year stay and never charged with excess usage. However, i love the surrounding of this place and its pool. The staff is really nice. I mean, very very nice. This place is an excellent choice for a protective parents. But its not a completely comfortable place. Kos2an is much better and cheaper (and free electricity). But i couldn't deny that this is actually a good place.
