★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mbaknya (Yuni) sangat membantu sekali. Aman deh. Kosnya selalu dirawat. Tapi semenjak via RoomMe pengelolaannya, Agak males sih, dan kemungkinan harganya bakal tiba2 naik lagi (udh pernah kejadian) CS RoomMe-nya jg tdk responsible. Padahal awalnya tahu tempat ini dari OLX, bukan RoomMe. Apa tuh RoomMe, tidak familiar. Buat penghuni lama tdk ada promo, padahal utk penghuni setia seharusnya ada dong promo dr RoomMe, ini malah penghuni baru yg dpt promo. Intinya mbak Yuni yg sangat membantu sekali klo ada apa2. Drpd CS-nya RoomMe!!
 Ma'am (Yuni) is very helpful. It's safe. The cost is always treated. But since the management via RoomMe, it's a bit lazy, and maybe the price will suddenly go up again (it's been an incident) CS RoomMe is also not responsible. Even though I initially knew this place from OLX, not RoomMe. Is that RoomMe, unfamiliar. For old residents there is no promo, even though for loyal residents there should be a promo from RoomMe, this is actually a new resident who can get a promo. The point is Ms. Yuni is very helpful if there is anything. Drpd CS from RoomMe !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost-kost an jorok, banyak kecoa, pintu rumah dan pagar selalu terbuka sehingga tidak aman untuk ditinggali. Pintu kamar juga sangat mudah untuk di dobrak/dicongkel karena bahannya plastik sehingga waswas setiap pulang kampung. Penjaga kost dilantai dasar jadi tidak akan tau jika ada tindak kriminal di lantai atas, kloset sering mampet dan penuh, kamar mandi tidak terawat, tempat cuci piring mudah sekali banjir, dan dapur bersama sangat kotor dan banyak tikus berkeliaran. Baju yang dicuci sering hilang entah kemana. Kapasitas sangat banyak tapi fasilitas tidak mendukung. UANG DEPOSIT TIDAK DIKEMBALIKAN! (mengingat minim dan buruknya fasilitas yanga ada, saya berpikir apa yg didepositkan?)
Ga paham sama yang masih betah ngekost disana apa yg dipertahankan
Tidak sampai setahun saya tinggal disana karena banyak kost-kost an dengan harga SAMA tapi punya kualitas yang LEBIH.
Dirty boarding houses, lots of cockroaches, house doors and fences are always open so it's not safe to live in. The door to the room is also very easy to break down / pry out because the material is plastic so that every was worried to return home. The boarding guards on the ground floor will not know if there is a crime upstairs, the toilet is often clogged and full, the bathroom is not maintained, the sink is easy to flood, and the shared kitchen is very dirty and many mice roam. Washed clothes are often lost somewhere. Very much capacity but the facilities do not support. DEPOSIT MONEY IS NOT RETURNED! (Considering the minimal and poor facilities available, I think what was deposited?)
Do not understand the same who still feel at home there what is maintained
Not until a year I lived there because many boarding houses with the SAME price but have MORE quality.

Comfortable, the boarding housekeeper is very cooperative, for the standard price range in Jakarta and quite worth it with the facilities provided

6. Ada fasilitas kulkas bersama, dan selama kost disitu ga ada keluhan sih.
7. Untuk ownernya ada bbrp kamar(ga semua) yg ventilasinya kurang--> up grade dong hehe
8. Yg plg pntg yg jagain kost (mb yuni) kooperatif..kl ada mslh/keluhan yg penting dikomunikasikan pst di respon..informatif dan ngga rese :D
1. Close to health facilities, malls, public transportation (busway & st grogol stops)
2. Have you ever played a boarding house in that area... about the cleanliness of gladys, it's ok.
3. Wi-Fi is great
4. AC is very cold
5. Smooth deposit returnrrr
6. There is a shared refrigerator facility, and during the boarding house there are no complaints.
7. For the owner, there are several rooms (not all) with poor ventilation --> up grade, hehe
8. The most important person who takes care of the boarding house (Mb Yuni) is cooperative.. if there are problems/complaints that are important to communicate, please respond to them.. informative and not serious :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place near city center, near bus stop, easy for bikes amd grab/uber-bikes tho it's narrow road in front, bikes parking, supermarkets not far, local food around, friendly staff but no English just owner speaks English, price matches kosts around, rooms with AC, some with bathroom inside some without, masjid nearby, free filling clean water for drink, public fridge, some rooms are sofa bed, clean entrance and corridor tho rooms needs more cleanliness, wifi at every floor, quite, nice neighbors many students, some rooms do not have window inside.
