★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bersih. Rapih. Tenang. Bahkan sepi. Ada 4 lantai. Lantai 1 dipakai yang punya kosan, lantai 2 & 3 untuk kosan dan yg paling atas untuk jemuran. Tiap lantai ada 4 toilet (kosannya toiletnya diluar kamar) dan gak ada dapur. Harganya mulai 650rb ke atas. Dan gak ada parkiran untuk anak kosan yg bawa kendaraan pribadi.
 Clean. Neat. Quiet. Even quiet. There are 4 floors. The 1st floor is used which has boarding houses, floors 2 & 3 for boarding houses and the top one for clothesline. Each floor has 4 toilets (the toilet is out of the room) and there is no kitchen. The price starts at 650rb and above. And there is no parking lot for rented children who carry private vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostan Wanita Baru bergaya minimalis. Luas Kamar 2x2,5 m. Dengan Shower di dalam Kamar tapi toilet di luar kamar. Ada 4 lantai. Tersedia WIFI (Cukup kencang), Tersedia Dapur Bersama, Dispenser Bersama, Kulkas Bersama (ada dua), Ada Mbak yang bersih bersih dan mencucikan baju kita. Ada Mesin Cuci yang bisa dipakai oleh penghuni kostan. Dan ada AC. Harga Kostan di atas 1,2 juta.
Kostan Wanita Baru has a minimalist style. Room Size 2x2.5 m. With Shower in the room but toilet outside the room. There are 4 floors. WIFI is available (pretty fast), there is a shared kitchen, shared dispenser, shared refrigerator (there are two), there is a clean ma'am and wash our clothes. There is a washing machine that can be used by boarding house residents. And there is AC. Kostan prices are above 1.2 million.
