★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good services, friendly staffs, I successfully underwent medical surgery due to intra abdominal abscess subcutis, the doctor is very professional, dr Nanang Wahyu Hidayat SpB (surgical specialist / spesialis bedah). Initially i was diagnosed with appendicitis at another clinic, but then he referred me to RSUD for CT Scan, and it turned out my pain is abscess (not appendicitis). So I think the doctor and this Bella hospital have saved my life. Thank you, all the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small hospital with good doctor and quite good service. Located in busy place make this place really crowded, sometimes we need to go other hospital to have proper room for patient.
Sometimes the administration quite take a long time, because there's too many people here. We need extra patient for our turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong diagnose (HOW COULD IT BE???), Most of the nurse are rude, the doctor mostly have a good attitude. If we treated with BPJS, we don't have rights to have the document of our medical records? Damn.
