★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is newly open, a franchise restaurant from bali. It's famous for the crispy duck. This place atmosphere is so good, you got a river and mountain view in this restaurant. The service is a little bit low, which i think is quite normal, because this is eid mubarak. There are 20% discount for soft opening promo. (But u need to ask and remind the staff about this ?)

The price is little bit steep, but the food is delicious. It is around IDR 135,000, which is a bit more expensive than the same branch in Jakarta.
Food is delicious. The fried duck is excellent. The taste is very good, the crispiness is very good, and the selection of the sambal is good, though I find the sambal is not as good as the chicken. Be careful with the sambal as it is hot, but it is really delicious.
Ambience is excellent. With an excellent view towards the rice fields, it offers a splendid eating experience. The ambiance music is also good, with Balinese music chiming in. Lighting is perfect, not bright, giving a good mood for relaxation and eating together.
Service is excellent. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Even the kitchen staffs, who are not interacting much with the customers, are really friendly.
Toilets are not many but clean and big.
Parking is not many but it is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliable crispy duck franchise. Excellent outdoor seating with the cool breeze and river noises. Highly recommended if you're staying at a nearby hotel. Prices are high but the ambiance is worth it. Selection is good and the betutu duck was a hidden gem.

Food : Excellent, we try Indonesian food :taliwang, garang asam, sate marangi, perfect!
Service : 10/10 super responsive and friendly (please don't forget to give extra tips ya!)
Venue : great, just nearby small river create a great experience
Price : worth it
Definitely recommend this resto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service. Ordered Nasi bakar and had noted the waitress the fried chicken must be the breast meat bcs we dislike thigh meat. After a long wait came the nasi bakar with thigh meat. Asked the waiter to correct that dish. But after another long wait he came back and said the other waitress didn't put any note that the order must be breast. So we must accepted her mistake. That waitress never came back to us either to apologise. Maybe they changed shift or whatever. And a simple burger took the longest time! Even a plain rice also took them so long. And I couldn't cancel it even though they haven't give me that rice!!
Very disappointing for such a high price restaurant. Sorry, i don't think to ever recommend this resto to anyone
