★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returned visit here as family. All aspects are commendable. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Terrarium cafe always seems to maintain their exemplary service. In particular, kudos to Ms. Wullan and Mr. Mulki who has been efficiently delivered their assistance to our family during our meal on this stay, with smiles and patience, even though under those masks :) we can tell. Keep it up the efforts and thumbs up to team Le Eminence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Le Eminence on March 19, 2022 in junior suite room. Due to late check in at night, I got room on 3rd floor which it's not the best room to have a perfect scenery, the room (bathtub, bed) was so clean, tidy and sanitized except the balcony was so dusty and full of animal wastes, the breakfast was delicious, the price is quite affordable for 5-star hotel. The ambient was so relaxing in the night with the sound of the river next to the rice field. There's a playground hall for kids on 15th floor and the best experience I had about the hotel was seeing the sunrise scenery from the cafeteria on 18th floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the only reason i gave 4 stars (not 5), i did not enjoying the food from breakfast (omelette as my fave was tasteless) and time of checking in and out is not appropriate, in 15:00 and out 11:00, as i never ask for longer time than usual time of it (in 14:00, out 12:00).
but this hotel have such wonderful view and facilities than the other hotels at the area.
miniature paddy field, small river, green house, walking track, photo spots, and perfect angle views of hills from roof top cafe.

Unfortunately, rains pouring all whole day while we staying there so we cant enjoy all the facilities.
Since they have a side door, we just knew that park close to the side door its easier rather than in the lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mixed feelings about this hotel, the location is superb, the air is so fresh, we hardly turned on the AC the whole day because the air was cool already, with the big glass doors opened in our room.
Room was quite spacious with an ultra large bath tub that fits two. Hot water was excellent. Comfortable bed. Has a coffee machine which I really love, it was an excellent coffee.
The view was a spectacle as well, from the room, from the river below, yes a river and it was loud, especially the view from the rooftop, try to go to the 18th floor sky terrace lounge.
There is a river below (mentioned), besides a beautifully laid out garden and paddy field where there's even a beautiful chaple and mini zoo. You could spend all morning or afternoon there just to enjoy the cool breeze and fresh air.
Staff service was excellent, none forgets to greet you as you pass by. Food was great with sufficient options during breakfast. There's a cappuccino machine for your disposal.
However, the building, the rooms, the extra bed (looks like a creepy hospital bed), the doors leading to everywhere, the hallway, the tile floors, the room ceilings, the TV, the railings on the balcony, everything just looks old and aging. Definitely requires a refresh everywhere to keep it's 5 star reputation.
All in all it's a beautiful hotel to stay in but it urgently needs a makeover to keep it fresh.

It has complete facilities such as gym, swimming pool for kids and adult.
it has wide and beautiful garden.
The food was fantastic.
It's family friendly hotel.
Can be visited for refreshing for hectic Jakarta.
normally it's fully booked for weekend.

- Facility is complete as a 5-star hotel, although it's pretty moderate.
- Views is splendid.
- Hot water is consistent / abundant
- Room is spacious.
Cons:
- Poor WIFI, poor mobile signal.
- Parking space is limited.
- I was staying on weekday, but if you come on weekend, traffic is nightmare, you will be more stressed than relaxed.
- Bad experience on breakfast. I got time slot for breakfast 9-10am. Actually I was already ready from 6am for breakfast. I was late for my breakfast due to take the kids to swimming pool (I came at 9:50am to restaurant) and 10am they already cleaned up everything. at least give us spare time 30 mins. I Saw many guest also coming after they cleaned up everything.
- Food taste & variety is like 3 star hotel.
- I cannot upgrade my spa voucher on the spot due to limited time and fully occupied, they said I supposed to reserve upon check-in (like how the heck I know?).
- Kids Jacuzzi (warm water) was occupied by a lot of adults (more than safety protocol allowed)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stayed for one night in junior suite room. it has beautiful view with fresh air and river sound, best for relaxing body and mind. room was spacious with balcony.
for the bathroom, it was quite smelly. there was mold in the corner and clogged drainage in shower room.
there are paddy field, mini zoo, kid playground, and also photo spots with nature background here.
good service and friendly staff
