★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan, padahal pengajuan yg ketiga.. tapi digantung ga jelas selama 2 bulan sama marketing nya. kalo emg ga bisa atau ga mau bantu prosesnya kenapa ga bilang dari awal, saya kan bisa cari bank unit lain nya. Ga profesional bgt tuh marketingnya. sengaja saya tidak menyebutkan nama marketingnya karna saya masih menghargai beliau.. tapi next time belajar lah bersikap dewasa dan profesioanal ya pak B

Very disappointing, even though the third submission .. but hung not clearly for 2 months with the marketing. if you can't or don't want to help the process, why didn't you tell me from the start, I can find another bank unit. The marketing isn't really professional. I purposely did not mention the name of the marketing because I still appreciate him ... but next time learn to be mature and professional, sir B

Melayani dgn wajah bengis dan cemberut.
Tidak ramah sama sekali.
Tolong buat petinggj BRI atau siapapun yg berwenang agar kantor BRI Palad ini direformasi!!
The marketing and customer service is very unprofessional.
Serve with a stern and sullen face.
Not friendly at all.
Please make BRI officials or anyone in authority so that the BRI Palad office is reformed!!
