Satu aja lah bintangnya, karena pelayanannya kurang memuaskan. Teler cuma dua yang aktif cuma satu, sementara antrian nasabah sudah panjang. Saya pernah hampir dua jam antri cuma buat setor doank. Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi, apalagi letaknya sangat dekat dengan pasar, banyakin lagi telernya.

Teller gak teliti.. Kita walaupun buru2 atau ga, seenggaknya diingatkan untuk cek kembali bukti transaksi. Giliran akhir bulan ada kesalahan pencatatan pihak bank. Sepenuhnya kita yang disalahkan. Teller juga kadang salah ketik tapi knp akhir bulan baru dikomplaint ke konsumen?! 900rb itu lumayan

security nya kurang mengayomi parahhhhhhhh, saya ganti² bank dari kota ke kota lain baru kali ini security gak jelas bngt, yg parah bilang jam 12 mau tutup. itu jam istrhat bukan tutup bodoh. gk revomend bngt dah ke cabang itu jngn dibuat dungu.

Parahhhhhh,,,,pelayanan parah,teller istirahat infonya sampai jam 13.00,,,sampai jam 13.20an masih istirahat aja,,,antrian diluar panas2an nunggu mba2 telernya ngrumpi,,,apakah ciri khas BRI seperti ini,berbeda dengan bank2 non pemerintah,,,harus komplaim ke siapa kalau seperti ini,,,,ntah lahhh
