Saya setor cek bca kcp ps tanah abang, krn td tangan penulis cek ada sedikit perbedaan saya minta pihak bca kedoya utk minta konfirmasi ke bca ps tanah abang kalau itu benar nasabahnya, tapi sepertinya antar cabang bca kurang kerja sama. Saya malah disuruh menyetorkan cek tersebut di bca penerbit cek (kcp tnh abang). Dan waktu sy k kcp tnh abang sy tanya knpa sy tdk bisa menyetor cek tersebut di bca kedoya? Mereka mengatakan knpa bca kdya tdk konfirmasi pd kcp tnh abang.
Jadi brarti kcp kedoya tdk mau berusaha utk membantu nasabahnya pdhl antar sesama bca harusnya lebih mudah berkomunikasi.hal ini membuat sy sbg nasabah kcp kedoya kecewa , sdh antrinya lama ada masalah malah lepas tangan.
Somewhat disappointed with Bca at Kedoya. I deposited the check at BCA PS Tanah Abang, because it was not the author's hand to check there was a slight difference, I asked BCA Kedoya to ask for confirmation from BCA PS Tanah Abang if it was the customer, but it seems that between BCA branches there is a lack of cooperation. I was even told to deposit the check at the check issuer (kcp tnh brother). And when I came to visit my brother, I asked why I couldn't deposit the check at BCA Kedoya? They said why did you not confirm to my brother.
So it means that the Kcp Kedoya does not want to try to help customers between BCA customers, it should be easier to communicate. This makes me as a customer at Kedoya disappointed, I have been waiting in line for a long time and there is a problem, even hands off.
