Hanya mampir untuk tarik tunai di ATM nya saja belum pernah ada pengalaman interaksi dengan teller maupun customer care nya, karena semua transaksi masih bisa dilakukan melalui aplikasi BSI Mobile nya. Semoga bisa berkembang dan bermanfaat selalu kedepannya bagi seluruh nasabahnya.
Just stopping by to withdraw cash at the ATM, there has never been any experience of interaction with the teller or customer care, because all transactions can still be done through the BSI Mobile application. Hopefully it can grow and be useful in the future for all its customers.

Sekarang namanya ganti jadi BSI, BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA. Teller sudah memanggil antrean nomor 15, CS pada saat yang sama masih nomor 3. Mudah mudahan kedepan pelayanan semakin baik. Saat pandemi kursi di physical distancing. Di dalam cuma muat sedikit, sebagian terpaksa menunggu diluar.

Saya mengakui pelayanan baik, namun untuk setor tunai, di jl kusumanegara 3 atm sering wassalam offline, di bank bsm sudirman besar atm hanya satu untuk gedung sebesar itu, Mohon Pemilik Bank BSI mempertimbangkan penambahan atm, atm setor tunai dan pegawai. Untuk CS teller tutup jam 2 itu sungguh menyakitkan. Paling tidak set. 3 atau jam 3,

MERASA DIZHOLIMI Ini sistem antrinya bagaimana sih? Sesuai waktu kedatangan atau sesuai kepentingan? Saya ingin mengaktivasi BSI Mobile di cabang ini,oleh satpam di beri nomer antrian 17 Ketika saya duduk, tidak ada yang mengantri lagi. Tinggal menunggu nasabah yg sedang berurusan dengan teller Ketika saya menunggu datanglah 2 orang nasabah yang kalau gk salah ingin transfer uang. Mereka di beri nomer 15 dan 16 Lalu datang satu orang lagi yang memiliki kepentingan sama dengan saya yaitu mengaktivasi BSI Mobile. Nasabah itu diberi nomer 19. Yang anehnya saya pernah dipanggil namun dengan pelan, lalu si satpam kayak membisik bisikan ke CS nya entah apa. Dan akhirnya nasabah nomer urut 19 duluan yang di panggil Udah setelah itu saya langsung pergi dan mengembalikan nomer urut 17 saya Padahal saya kesini panas panas + menunggu lama. Kok pelayanan nya seperti ini. #MendingPakaiBCA
