★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service bgt padahal belum jam tutup masi kurang beberapa menit tapi paket udah ditolak:) padahal ditempat lain selalu diusahakan nrima customer. Mba nya kurang ramah juga.
 Very bad service even though it's not closing time, it's still a few minutes away but the package has been rejected :) even though in other places it is always trying to accept customers. Her mother is not friendly either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan baik edukasi ke customer jg mudah dihapami, respon cepat, ada barang teretur langsung dikabarin. Bisa minta tolong utk pengambilan paket juga. Free lg. Mantap ? tidak melayani packing tp jadi memang dari kita nya yg harus packing dengan aman.
Good service, education to customers is also easy to understand, quick response, any ordered goods are immediately reported. Can I ask for help to pick up the package as well. Free lg. Great ? we don't serve packing, but so it's us who have to pack safely.

Pertama: saya dteng baik baik bawa paket dri pnjualan saya dari tokped.. Lgsung disambut dengan kata kata "isinya bukan batu kan mas?!" ?
Kedua: sama saya bawa paket dari penjualan saya di tokped.. Sekarang dipermasalahkan soal ukuran barang dan berat, lah kan udah sesuai sama yang ditokped.. Udah dibayar lunas pula.. Tinggal input beres
Been here twice disappointing
First: I arrived well and brought a package from my sales from tokped.. I was immediately greeted with the words "it's not stone, right?!" ️
Second: I brought a package from my sales to Tokped.. Now there is a problem with the size of the item and the weight, it's already in accordance with the one that was tokped.. It's been paid in full.

Dr agennya bilang 2 hari sampai, liat status nya bikin nyesek. Jogja ke sleman aja 12 jam lebih gaada kabar? sorry2 mendinh jne atau si cepat aja lebih bagus?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended for you guys, there is no option for payments like gopay/ovo/shopeepay, they only have BCA...and the worse they don't have change money! Really!?!? You only accept BCA and cash it's mean you have change money, so i choose cash (100k) and you just said you don't have change. Ahh very bad services in payments process.
