Petugas CS tidak profesional...merugikan pelanggan...tadi pagi sy mendaftar M-Banking tdk berhasil katanya agr sy memindahkan kartu HP ke Sim 1 di rumah...setelah sampai rumah saya buka HP ternyata satu2 nya no sudah di Sim 1 n kembali sy aktifasi M- Bank tetap tdk bisa..lalu su coba pindahkan ke Sim2 tetap tdk bisa..krna nama sy sudah terdaftar...lalu sy ke call center BNI dg pulsa habis banyak setelah dicek oleh petugas ternyata dari petygas CS BNI Panjer Kebumen yg salah memasukkan no HP sy ...sehingga beda dg no yg terpasang..Instruksi petugas pusat agr sy kembali ke CS...pada hal jika akan menghadap CS harus antre sejak pkl 07.00 dan harus menghilangkan kesempatan utk bekerja sd 3/4 jam.
The CS officer is unprofessional...hurting the customer...this morning I registered for M-Banking, it didn't work, he said, so I moved the HP card to Sim 1 at home...after I got home I opened my cellphone, it turned out that the only number was on Sim 1 n again, I activated M-Bank, still couldn't.. then I tried to move it to Sim2 but it still couldn't.. because my name was registered...then I went to the BNI call center with a lot of pulses after checking by the officer it turned out to be from petygas CS BNI Panjer Kebumen who entered my cellphone number incorrectly ... so that it is different from the number installed ... The instructions from the central officer let me return to CS ... in the case that if I want to face CS I have to queue since 07.00 and have to eliminate the opportunity to work until 3/4 o'clock.

Saran : Tolong Profesionalnya. Layani customer dengan baik. Terutama antrian CS. Tolong panggilan antrian sesuai dengan nomer yg diambil. Jangan didahulukan yg kenal dekat dengan orang dalam. Hargai customer. Maaf dan terimakasih

pelayanan memuaskan, saya cs, kemarin buka rekening, pengalaman saya kalau mau ambil nomor di BNI harus berangkat pagi" sekali, saya jam 6 sudah di tempat, syukurnya dapat antrian no 1??hanya saja waktu pengambilan no antrean seharusnya orang" lebih sadar siapa dulu yang hadir di tempat, jadi kemarin banyak yang berangkat awal tapi antrean keburu diambil orang lain?mungkin baiknya di suruh baris ke belakang supaya lebih tertib ??????
