Tapi utk teller kurang memuaskan karena pelayanan nya kurang cekatan, kurang ramah,

Protokol kesehatan selalu di terapkan dengan menjaga jarak di kursi tunggu, menyediakan desinfektan dan pengecekan suhu tubuh oleh security sebelum masuk. Fasilitasnya ada toilet, pengambilan nomor antrian agar teratur. Setelah merger bersama bank syariah milik negara (mandiri syariah, Bri syariah, BNI syariah) infonya akan dilakukan peralihan buku tabungan, kartu debit, mobile banking dll kemungkinan setelah lebaran atau perkiraan bulan Juni.
