It doesn't match the description..close. Hours 15:00 but at 13:30 it can't be served..he only wants to go to CS..please state bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katanya tutup jam 15:00 tp jam 14:30 udh mau close,pelayanan nya kurang memuaskan jauh beda sama bank bank yang lain nya..
He said it closed at 15:00 but at 14:30 it was about to close, the service was not satisfactory, much different from other banks..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mengurus pengembalian saldo emoney yg hilang disini dibilang ga bisa. Tapi saya urus di cabang lain gampang bgt ternyata bisa kembali saldo saya. CS termalas dan tergainformatif yg pernah saya temui dari belasan tahun saya pengalaman pakai mandiri
