★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan aneh, sy mau bayar Angsuran pinjaman BRi, padahal belum jam 3, teller/securiti menolak, alasan antrian sdh penuh. Beda banget sama Pelayanan BCA, teller sigap/tanggap.
Strange service, I want to pay installments on the BRi loan, even though it is not yet 3 o'clock, the teller / security refused, the reason for the queue was already full. It's very different from BCA services, alert / responsive tellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa dengan ketidak jelasan masalah bantuan banpres pum. Di datengin lagi kantor BRI nya, tapi CS nya ngotot untuk di survei dulu, tapi sampai sekarang belum juga di survei. Seperti tidak senang klo di datengin terus. Saya merasa dipersulit, padahal BRI cuma penyalur dana nya saya. Duit orang, kok di tahan2.
I am disappointed with the unclear problem of Pum's banpres assistance. I visited the BRI office again, but CS insisted on a survey first, but until now it hasn't been surveyed. Like I don't like it when I keep coming. I felt that it was difficult, even though BRI was only the distributor of my funds. People's money, how come it's been arrested.
