★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setelah tukar kartu atm, si cs kasih info kartu aktif 1x24jam. Dua hari kmudian, ambil uang di atm, eh kok saldo berkurang 5jt. Ternyata ada yg ambil uang saya pake kartu atm di hari yg sama saya tukar kartu! Hari itu jg hujan2 sy k kantor bsi terdekat didepok tp mereka ga bisa bantu krn masalah ada di kantor benhil. Akhirnya telp call center sore nya buat laporan, lumayan juga pulsanya. Besoknya sy sempatkan ke cabng benhil utk minta penjelasan. Si cs memastikan lg uang sy yg hilang dgn membuka mutasi rekening, eh ada uang masuk 5jt tadi malem! Sepertinya pelaku gerak cepat sblum di investigasi.
Karena saya sudah terlanjur di tkp, sudah izin cuti, habis pulsa buat laporan, capek hujan2 k kcb terdekat, saya lanjut investigasi kenapa uang saya bisa hilang.
Bertemu dengan menejer ops nya, di minta 100rb buat request cctv bca. Saya menolak. Ini kesalahan bank kok malah saya yg dibebankan! Akhirnya mereka setuju biaya mereka yg tanggung. Sempat ngobrol dengan pimpinan cabangnya via telp, sampai sini saya masih respect dengan pelayanan mereka karena mereka sangat koperatif dan informatif. Beliau menjanjikan akan update hasil investigasi maksimal minggu depan.
Dan sampai sekarang tidak ada kabar, Eh malah uang saya di rekening di potong 100rb utk biaya k bca!
Sejak saat itu, saya ambil smua sisa saldo saya dan tidak berniat menabung lagi.

After exchanging the atm card, the cs gave the active card info 1x24 hours. Two days later, take the money at the ATM, how come the balance is reduced by 5 million. It turned out that someone took my money using an atm card on the same day I exchanged the card! That day it was also raining, I went to the nearest BSI office in Depok but they couldn't help because the problem was at Benhil's office. Finally, call the call center in the afternoon to make a report, the credit is pretty good. The next day, I took the time to go to the Benhil branch to ask for an explanation. The cs made sure again that my money was lost by opening an account mutation, eh, there was 5 million in money last night! Looks like the perpetrator moved quickly before being investigated.
Because I was already at the crime scene, I had permission to leave, ran out of credit for a report, tired of the rain at the nearest KCB, I continued to investigate why my money could be lost.
Met with the ops manager, he was asked for 100 thousand for a BCA cctv request. I refuse. It's the bank's fault, how come I was charged! In the end they agreed that they would bear the cost. Had a chance to chat with the head of the branch via telephone, until now I still respect their service because they are very cooperative and informative. He promised to update the results of the investigation next week.
And until now there is no news, Eh, even my money in my account was deducted 100 thousand for k bca fees!
Since then, I have taken all of my remaining balance and have no intention of saving anymore.
