Ada 1 yg nganggur di pojokan, akhirnya stl 10 menit deketin yg antri buat nanya ada yg bs dibantu gak. Tapiii yg ditanyain itu yg baru dateng. Yg uda nunggu stenga jam dicuekin.. kacauuuu bank begini cm menang bank pemerintah doang. Ini dateng aja cm gara2 mbanking tiba2 gak bisa diakses. Sumpah gak guna bikin branchless banking kl ga bs dipake
The work is superrrr leleeeeett... the queue isn't that much, but it takes a long time to serve 1 customer, asking for forgiveness. There is 1 who is unemployed in the corner, finally after 10 minutes, those who are standing in line to ask if they can help or not. But what was asked was the one who just arrived. Those who have been waiting for the clock have been ignored.. a mess like this, only the government bank wins. It just came because banking suddenly couldn't be accessed. I swear it's useless to make branchless banking if you can't use it
