★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat saya ga rekomen untuk nabung disini .. mau cairkan dana rekening papa yg sudah meninggal ketika saldo di atas 100juta kudu pake surat fatwa waris dari pengadilan agama. Ribet. CS pun ga bs bantu info hal apa saja yang harus saya lakukan kalau mau bikin tu surat. Padahal saya cairkan dana di bank lain di atas 100juta juga bs pakai surat keterangan ahli waris yang sudah ditandatangani sampai kecamatan aja. Ini mau ambil duit tabungan aja malah kudu ngeluarin tenaga waktu duit lagi buat ke pengadilan agama..
 For me, I don't recommend saving here ... I want to disburse the funds of the account of the deceased when the balance is above 100 million, I must use an inheritance fatwa from the religious court. Ribet. CS also can't help info on what I need to do if I want to make a letter. Even though I disbursed funds in other banks in excess of 100 million, I could also use an heir certificate that was signed to the subdistrict. This is just going to take money instead of saving my energy while spending more money to go to the religious court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenapa ya sekarang pelayanan di cs lama sekali? Padahal antrian cuma 2 orang, bukankah seharusnya ada standar waktu bagi cs melayani nasabah itu butuh waktu standar kira2 berapa menit. Gak di syariah gak di konven, nunggu nya lama.
Why is the service at CS taking so long now? Even though the queue is only 2 people, shouldn't there be a standard time for cs to serve customers, it takes a standard time of about how many minutes. Not in sharia, not in convention, the wait is long.
