★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk, di awal perjanjian autodebet tabungan haji cuma beberapa kali. Sampe sekarang dipotong terus tiap bulan. Padahal sudah setor kemenag Sudah 3x kesana, CS gak bisa menyelesaikan dg berbagai alasan. Jadi tabungan mengendap.
Bad service, at the beginning of the auto-debit agreement, Hajj savings were only a few times. Until now it continues to be cut every month. Even though the Ministry of Religion has deposited it 3 times, CS can't solve it for various reasons. So the savings settle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpamnya ramaaahhh dan informatif sekalii. Ruangannya enak buat nunggu. Entah kenapa disini antre pun menyenangkan haha. Biasanya kerasa buoseeen bgt, disini nyaman. Disediakan minum juga. Tempat duduk enak. Mantaplah pokoknya??
The security guard is very friendly and informative. The room is good for waiting. I don't know why queuing here is fun haha. Usually it feels really buzzing, it's comfortable here. Drinks are also provided. Nice seating. Really good
